Texture C thick purée dysphagia diet.
1. Blend the cookies along with 50ml of the cream and milk to make the base of the cake; add 2 scoops Nutilis Clear and stir until texture is smooth and consistent; place in a piping bag.
2. Use shop bought caramel sauce and, if required, add Nutilis Clear to reach the desired consistency;place in a piping bag.
3. Blend the bananas with the lime juice, water and sugar; add 1 scoop of Nutilis Clear and blend again; place in a piping bag.
4. For plating this dessert use a round shape mould and place the different layers with the help of the piping bags.
Ensure you complete the dysphagia texture checks.
