mayonnaise
30ml
milk
3scoops
Nutilis Clear

Coleslaw Salad
1. Place all ingredients except Nutilis Clear into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. After blending pass through a sieve until smooth.
3. Add in 3 scoops of Nutilis Clear and blend for another 30 seconds.
3. You can use fruit, fish or sausage moulds to shape the salads. Alternatively use an ice cream scoop or piping bag to display the food on the plate.

Ensure you complete dysphagia texture checks.
