Texture C thick purée dysphagia diet.
1. Deep fry the battered fish as per pack instructions.
2. Blend the battered fish with the milk and tartare sauce until smooth.
3. Pass through a fine sieve to remove any particles.
4. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice before adding Nutilis Clear.
5. Blend further.
Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with mushy peas, ketchup and mayonnaise.
Top Tip: Serve fish purée using a fish shape cutter.
Ensure you complete dysphagia texture checks.
