mango, tinned or fresh (if using fresh mango peel skin and cut flesh from stone)
100ml
smooth yoghurt
50ml
milk
1tsp
clear honey to sweeten

Level 2 mildly thick purée dysphagia diet


Method:
1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pass through a fine sieve to remove any particles.
3. Pour into a glass and serve.
